Chase Sapphire Preferred Updated Pre Approval

Received a pre approval for the sapphire preferred today. It came in a fancier packaging than I normally get. The annual fee listed is $125 and the offer was 40,000 points with 4k spend. I was getting them before for 40k with 2k spend. Wish I would have signed up then. Just thought I'd share.

I'd just sign up online then for $95 AF after 1yr and $3,000 spend.
