So I use to have he chase freedom with 3% cash back in your top three spending categories. I now have the chase sapphire which has points, better customer service, and the occasional 5 % cash back rewards in certain categories, but nothing as sustained as the freedom card? Can anyone compare the two? Preferences out there? It seems rewards are better on the freedom with cash back and the sapphire has better cs, less rewards, and better purchase protections. Thoughts? Opinions?
