Chase Sapphire

I just have to say I love this card.  Why . . for no other reason than ever time I use it someone comments on how "neat" or "heavy" it is.

Pretty vain...I know.

I'm on the fence with Chase. Their online customer service is absolutely horrendous. I want to give them some love as I love the look of the card and rewards but I fear if I do actually need them, I will have to fend for myself.

Any specific problems with Chase's online CS? I've had nothing but great service both online and over the phone.

A few months back I would have agreed with you but, lately they have been really helpful.  I've seen them turn around 180 degrees for the better -- at least that's the way it is here in my area (Southern California).

+ 1000  Chase's CS (both online and on the dedicated phone line) have been nothing short of awesome to me.  They are very professional, quick to resolve an issue, and have never given me any concern.  For example, had an issue with some bonus points being posted to my UR account for an online purchase I made thru the website.  Sent an e-mail...got a response back in 4 hours and BAM! problem was taken care of.
