I applied for the sapphire preffered card and got the 7-10 message that a lot of us get, i called the back door number right away and she said i was declined and asked a few questions. After drilling me about a couple small things she approved me for $5k. Garden time for me....

May I ask what your credit profile is, also a guestimate on income?

She asked me about a medical collection that was on my acct, I paid it, I didn't know it was on there for $27. She also asked about the couple recent cards I opened up. I don't know my credit score she got and I put down that I make $50k even though I make a little more I wanted to be safe
