How long does it typically take to have the bonus points post from a UR Mall purchase? Do you have to wait till the statement cuts? Thank you!

It varies a lot actually. I've had some that posted within 1-3 days, while a few others were a week after the statement cut. If it's been more than 6-8 weeks, then I'd ring up and ask for a credit. I had to do this once over Christmas and they were really good about that.

It's been pretty good for me, typically. I'd say 75% of my stuff gets posted by a week after the statement cuts. The other 25% though... 6-8 weeks after the purchase is normal. I think it varies from merchant to merchant, and some obviously have their stuff together more than others. You'd think it'd be more uniform but apparently it's not...

Mine is usually fairly quick. One didn't post, called the line, and within a minute or two they made the adjustment.
