Chase Ultimate Rewards Cash Back Redemption

I am redeeming Chase Ultimate Rewards points for the first time for cash back and it is giving me the option for statement credit or mailed check but there is a disclaimer that states:

  • "Cash back redemptions will be available via a paper check or an electronic deposit to any bank account."

How can I redeem to an electronic deposit to my BofA account or is that not possible?

I would call up and try to do the redemption over the phone. Most banks will let you do that.

Re: Chase Ultimate Rewards Cash Back Redemption

Did some quick research and it must be a Chase banking account only.

How do I get cash back?

You can start redeeming at just 2,000 points for a $20 check or statement credit. If you have a Chase savings or checking account, you can easily redeem points for a deposit to your account. If you have chosen to have cash deposited into your Chase Account, the deposit will usually be made within 2-3 business days.

To redeem, click Get Cash from the drop-down list under "Cash Back" in the top navigation bar.
