You have to have a 5k CL and the card has to be open for one year to be eligible for a VISA Signature with Chase. After those requirements are met, you should send them a secure message and your request will be forward to the proper specialist. Its up to Chase's discretion. They will send you new cards after the request has been approved and it will say VS on the card and will report as a flexible spending account. However, a CL will still report.
I have a Chase Freedom Siggy,, never used the perks, mainly, I just don't know how. May have to research it a bit.

These are some of the perks from the VS website.

Year-End Summary Statements

Auto Rental Collision Damage WaiverI just emailed the EO and a week later I had my Freedom Signature.
Thanks for all of the replies. It seems that even though BOA gave me a visa siggy after a few months, Chase does things much different and that I need to wait 12 months. No biggie with me. It's just that I never use the BOA card and I use the Freedom card more than any other that I have.
Many folks reference EO, what does that mean?
Also, I really need to get myself in the garden. I have an app in for the US Bank Plus card (in review for 5 days now) and if I get that, I swear I am in the garden for a couple years.
