I assume all your accounts are locked?
I must've either gotten really lucky or they changed their ways of handling.
It might depend on the reason for the review, with some causing automatic locking. But in general I would think that once an issuer informs you that they are reviewing (for what they think is a good reason!) locking would be pretty standard.
Very odd. Hope its not a Paypal issue.

Does anyone know how long it normally takes for Chase to do a Account review?
As long as it takes. There's no fixed timeframe. It depends on what they need to review, what they find, etc.

I was just calling to ask them to expidite my Ink card
May not have been the trigger but don't call about new business cards.
Ouch! Sorry to see this happen to the OP! hang in there!
OP did you ever do any kind of spending on the card(s) that Chase might deem questionable; like Paypal, or gift cards, or paying/sending money through a third party? I know others have asked already, but I'm not sure you ever answered.

None, the card is still at 0 balance It has only been swiped once and that was yesterday after they froze my accounts.. At a Shell gas station
What about the other accounts - any buying of gift cards, cash advance, sending cash via paypal, etc? The only thing that I see as a red flag so far is the 8 new accounts. You did not answer the previous question, what duration were the 8 accounts opened. There has to be some trigger, don't make us pull teeth here

Ok, then I think you'll be fine. It really sucks that you can't use your cards until they're done with their review; don't they understand people have spend requirements to meet so they can earn those bonuses?
