Found that information on the website...looks like you or the other person has to apply for the card first then be added after the fact!
you can do joint applications for chase.
easiest way is to do it in a branch since it's easier to just bring in ID and have everything verified by the banker in person.
if a branch isn't nearby you can do it over the phone. just make sure they don't put in any wrong info
