Chase blunder and a CLI

Some may remember that I had a Chase Airmiles card with wife and daughter as AUs, and I changed it to joint for wife.  I just got my statement and noticed something - they made it joint with daughter not wife!!

Called them, it was their fault and they will change it, and they gave me some free miles. While they were feeling good, I asked for a cli for 450% of my current level and they actually TOLD me it would cost a hard inq! I said go ahead and I got it there and then .  Wouldn't decrease the APR though.  But that does not bother me as this is a card I will always PIF

I obviously did not ask for enough.  They said they would review in 6 months, after I had paid the annual fee (air miles card, so I don't mind).

But I have now more than doubled my total CLI this month (my local CU was very nice when I called)  Smiley Very Happy
