I have to share this, I thought it was very funny, I just got a copy of my Experian report and my former Wamu then Chase then canceled by Chase card is showing "Account closed at consumer's request". Of course the reason why it shows that is because after they closed my account they sent me a change in terms (apr increase) which I opted out of, which closed my account at comsumers request
