Are you writing about the RBS card or the Kroger 1-2-3 (issued by RBS)? I am two months into a 0% BT from my Kroger card and the BT fee is being included with the BT total. IOW, there is no interest on the fee.

Never heard of the Kroger card. I am speaking of the RBS (Royal Bank of Scottland) card. (No co-brand). The BT fee did not accrue interest with the original offer when I first obtained the card. The subsequent offers, however, do.
