man...i really like the card but the limit is just such a bummer...i have to pay it once a week basically....
Keep doing that for 6-9 months and then ask for a CLI. It'll be a HP but you'll probably end up with a 3k limit.

2.5K is worth a HP.

Oh absolutely! If only it could be guarunteed....
Only sure things in this world are death and taxes. If you're honestly maxing out and paying down your $500 CL 4x a month, you'll get a CLI if you ask in 6-9 months. I'm 99% sure of that. The only question is how much of a CLI you'll get, but 3k is a good guess. 500 x 4 = 2000, and the extra 1000 is room to grow. I don't think you'd get less than 2.5k.

Congrats to your wife!! Do you have any idea of her real FICO score? You'll get it just on time for the 5% gas off!
Chase pulled TU for me for the Freedom.
No idea who yet they pulled but hopefully I'll find out when they send her the card etc... I presume they give you a paper which tells you your score?
I know when I did a loan they provided that for my mortgage and other loans.
If they pulled transunion I'll know the score tomorrow or so when Walmart updates the real score assuming they pulled TU.

They don't tell you your score unless you were declined or didn't get the best rate. (Oversimplified, but basically that's it.) And it's the score that they used, which might or might not be a FICO.
Mortgage lenders are required to give you your reports and scores.
I * think * WalMart provides the TU 08 score, which is a FICO, but a different one than used by mortgage lenders for instance.
I finally got confirmation that my Freedom application was approved, got a $2.5k CL on it. Initially I was denied for too many inquiries, so I got a letter with a 700 EX FICO score. But they were willing to recon that and approve the application.
Here it is
She got approved for 17.99%
