Chase - got AU bonus, risk of losing it if I remove AU from my account?

I got the AU bonus on my CSP and also Freedom. If I SM Chase and ask to remove the AUs from my accounts, will I risk losing the bonus points?

No, I've done this multiple times.

Added my dog for the bonus.

Swiped the card once.

Destroyed the card.

SM'd Chase asking to remove AU.

I added myself as an authorized user the last time I got a Freedom bonus. Removed on statement cut.

Thanks! I'll go ahead and close out my childhood nickname cards then. I feel like a fool...I remember when I got my Marriott card a few years back I didn't realize this about Chase AU's and I forgoed the AU bonus!!! Since I don't have any real authorized users..

This isnt something we would want to advocate on myFico it is in fact fraud.
