I logged in to pay my bills and transfer my Freedom UR to my CSP. If you just click on the UR link on the right of the page there isn't a way to combine points anymore. You can only select a card.Then they also got rid of the manage points link on the left of the UR page. Instead there is some tiny font at the very top of the page that says combine points. Click on that and your good to go. It took me a good five minutes just to find it.
