Any insight on this? Just called the recon analyst number 888-245-0625. She said they would need to do another hard pull.
Why would you call recon analyst to move limits?
I'd try secure message. It's how I've moved all my limits.

No hard pull to do so, right?

Wasn't one before. You better ask Chase if you think there was a change. I would also post back here what the end result is, because posts like this set off a frickin panic on the forumn and its highly likely you were calling the wrong person to begin with to do this.
Anyone who reads this thread can clearly see that I was asking a question and that I am unsure. I didn't come in here stating that Chase now requires a hp. If they leap to conclusions, that's on them(even if I did call the wrong number). Every time panic has been set off, it's been when someone randomly appears to state that something is, in fact, being done. From the title, to my opening, it's clear as day I did not do that.
I will, however, go through secure message and report back.

I've moved limits twice via secured message. I've never received a hard pull.

Well you did state that a Chase official told you this was the case, so that is a more than asking a question. Be that as it may I did not mean my post to come off sounding as harsh I was just concerned that this would be one of the threads where something like this gets posted in then the OP never reports back leading to a lot of speculation especially given other changes Chase made recently not that you intended to do so.
