I get what you are saying but I think it is technically just a rewards change and not a card upgrade. Maybe I am wrong. Either way... Chase should have had their stuff together before the rollout. Makes OCD people like myself stress non-stop for weeks until it is all fixed. Lol

are you talking about this part when logged into chase? i do remember yesterday it said AmazonRewards (or something else), but today it says AmazonPrime. I checked my amazon account and saw that it changed from the 5% banner to the actual profile. I got the email someone referred to on wednesday so could just be about a week from email to profile update...

*once i saw the name change on my online chase account my very next step was "replace card"* lol
