Chase sapphire and sapphire preferred

Customer service for Chase Sapphire & Chase Sapphire Preferred is the same, when you dial their number, you get connected over to a customer service representative immediately.

The card build is different, the Chase Sapphire Preferred is Metal, but you have the option to request the plastic version as well.
As far as the Chase Sapphire base card goes, it only comes in plastic.

One has an AF...the other doesn't. CSP requires you spend 3k for account bonus vs regular CS which only requires 500 for bonus.

But the bonus is much bigger with CSP

CSP is targeted towards those that travel, as the great advantage is the ability to transfer points to frequent traveller programs of partner airlines and hotels.
