Chase southwest pain in the tail

I have a chase southwest and I moved.  So I updated my address and tried to use card, denied, called and got 20 questions to verify.  So got it ok'd .  Used it for a week and  they did it again, called and got the ,verify, what other ccs, car payment amount, old address.  Cleared ok.  Then  they called my new telephone and asked if I was really me.

Look at the flip side. I believe they are super pro active in early detection of fraud. It saves tons of hassle down the road.
