Chase website is floopy

So my card is a month new tomorrow and I've already paid in full except a few pending charges.  I'm trying to watch them to avoid a balance cutting.  My first due date was 4/27 so it would be any day now.  I logged on last week and it said next due 5/27, closing date is 5/21.  Doesn't make sense!  Then this morning I logged on to see next due 5/27, closing date 5/4 and I thought something updated, that makes sense.  Just now I logged on and see due date 5/27, closing date 5/28??

Are they always so flippety?

if this is your first statement with Chase i would say yes, the first month is crazy as they are trying to determine your correct due dates, etc.  What I did was charged something small my first month less than $10, since its a new account the statement cut and closed a few days later after opening.  However, I can say that the statemnt cut/closed on the first date saw on the website, not the other changes I saw afterward during that first billing cycle.

Right under the "Blueprint", you see a link that says "See more information".  Click on that and you will see detailed information about your account.

Best way to handle this in my opinion is to send them a secure message using the secure message center asking them about your statement date and due date. The reps will get back within a day with all the info you need.

Thanks I'll try that way too.

ELIM: The way I found it (it's a big runaround, weird) is from the main page, you'll see "See activity" in green, click on that.  Then at the top you'll see in tiny type "Account  details" and this will take you to wonderland.
