Chase?

Can I get a Chase card with EQ-640 with a decent limit?  One paid Collection,  BofA card with $3500,  Amex-$1000.

You'll probably be given $1500 or $2,000.

Their is no guarantee that Chase will pull EQ...Chase is all over the place when it comes to hard pulls. I think 640 is probably too low. YMMV!

I agree. CITI AA is fairly easy to get and it's more likely EQ will get pulled.

Chase was my first credit card.  They gave me a $500 limit starting out, no annual fee, 0% apr for a year.
