JP Morrgan = HP (part of Chase)

CITI = was SP for me couple weeks ago

Discover = was SP for me couple weeks ago

Merrill Lynch = HP (part of BofA)

BofA Signature Visa - HP on TU 4/12/2013

BBY - Didn't even think about it, said declined and would send a letter. Last time I tried it said that my "account type not eligible for a credit increase"

paypal extras platinum mastercard = soft

citi = soft every 6 months online. the last two times it was for me. anyhing more is hp. also hp if you want more than system offered.
