Hi MODs
I was wondering if we can make this a sticky. I did not find anything when searching, but a place where we can go to see if a certain card is soft or hard for CLIs would be great. I can always update the list if things change. Please everyone chime in on credit cards you may have and know if they are soft or hard pulls for CLIs.
If this has already been done, please forgive me. I will list the cards I have and what I already know.
You can answer Soft, Hard, or YMMV (your mileage may vary)

How about consolidating all GE cards.
I was thinking that CTB, but some people may not know what cards are GE backed so I listed them separately

Capital One is always a soft pull.
Target doesn't do customer initiated CLI's
First National Bank of Omaha = SP over the phone usually, HP online ALWAYS (eligible every 4 months)
Younkers (and other BonTon Stores)/HSBC Retail = SP
Wells Fargo = SP
Bank of America = Always SP for me
Discover = SP online
Those have just been my experiences.
