I logged into my PenFed account today and both my Amex and Platinum Rewards VS cards are offering 0% / 12mos / 3% fee. Last ones I had were 2.9%. Thought ya'd like to know.

Thanks for the update. From what I've seen, PenFed seems to have the "BT Deal Of The Quarter"... every quarter

There was a BT offer with no fee for 4.99% in Q4 on the Promise card, and perhaps some others, which expired on December 31, 2015.

Now there's a new BT offer with no fee for 4.99% in Q1 2016 on the Promise card.
