So I just requested a CLI for my Chevron/Texaco card and was approved! What I thought was interesting was that they soft pulled my EQ report. GE is the backer of this card and they have always exclusively pulled TU in the past. There are actually 2 softs from GE- one for my WalMart card this month when I got a CLI from them also.

How much was your credit increase,mine started with $500.00 after 4 months got $200.00 clinow it $700.00 but im up for a nother increase soon

I have this card. Those statement credits really do add up at the end of the month. You think that $.10 per gallon isn't that much but if you have to drive a lot like I do to get to and from work and to and from class everyday, you end up saving about $13/month. That's $156/year I didn't spend on gas. I'll take it! I haven't tried for a CLI yet. My starting limit is 6k but I think I read that they pull soft.

My starting line was $650. Got a $350 increase. What I thought was weird is the EQ pull. GE has always pulled only TU for me. Regardless, GE has been very good to me and I appreciate the softs for CLIs.

Oh sorry about that. It's the Visa but I only use the card at Chevron and Texaco for the fuel credits.

I started with $500.00 4 months later hit the luv button recived $200.00 cli

today hit luv button recived $300.00 cli total now is $1000.00 after 8 months

so im ok with that  good luck to you

They told me $2500 is the max. CL. for the Chevron Gas Card.

$2500.00 is chevrons cut off limit,I wonder if they upgrade to visa after that how log have you had your card
