Choosing which bureau you want pulled with NFCU

I've read that some companies will allow you to pick the Credit Bureau they pull from if you request it. Is this something NFCU is known to do or not? I just decided to order my Transunion FICO score and it's a 614 whereas my Equifax is a 563. I know they either choose from one of those normally EQ for CC's and they pulled my Transunion for my checking/savings account. Would I have any look in telling them to pull Transunion for a CC app too?

Based on other things that I have read about NFCU,

TU - account opening

EQ - credit products/loans/etc.

Current FICO 9 Scores

Re: Choosing which bureau you want pulled with NFCU

so there's no way for you to get them to do a specific one?

Re: Choosing which bureau you want pulled with NFCU

From my experience, they pull EQ about 90% of the time for credit and loan products. But they have pulled TU on me before. My last CLI request a couple of weeks ago was a TU pull. Which was really unexpected since they did EQ for me in the past. IIRC, my auto loan was a TU pull a few years ago. EX they don't normally touch...but I have seen rare instances where other members did get an unexpected EX pull.

Re: Choosing which bureau you want pulled with NFCU

I applied last week for both membership and Platinum Visa and got two TU pulls. I was also hoping they pulled TU because that is my highest score and I had 0 inquires on that report. I guess I just got lucky. They also pulled my TU for the NavCheck I applied for today Smiley Happy
