Circuit City and Best Buy CC's - Which is easier to get

Want to purchase a new TV and both places have good deals now.  Can anyone who has either or both cards tell me if they are easy/hard to get?  What were your scores?  Do/did you have any baddies when you applied?  Not sure which one is better.  I don't like Circuit City too much, but if their's is the easier card then that is where I will go.  Thanks in advance for all responses.

BB seems easier. (HSBC)  I had a couple of baddies at the time but was approved.

CC is backed by Chase. They shot me down for short history. EQ was clean.

I prefer CC over BB-
Both are fairly easy to get- (besides I hate HSBC)

What kind of TV are you looking for?

Costco and internet retailers have much better pricing on  TV's -

Costco has a 42" 1080P LCD for $800 right now.

I agree with those that say BB (HSBC).  HSBC in my opinion is very friendly to those of us rebuilding.

If BB is the easiest, how come 93% of applicants are getting declined?!

I would go with BB, my fiance applied for both(scores are around 700) and got shot down from CC but approved on the spot from BB. Stupid Chase Smiley Sad

42" - 50"  HDTV preferably Samsung.  I did see some at Costco but am looking for a CC to temporarily charge to until my bonus comes in Oct.  I know I will get shot down for the Costco AMEX.

Just out of curiousity where did you find this info? I was thinking of apping for a BB around December but if that is the case I'm not going to waste an inquiry. I would think CC would be much harder to get.
