My card was declined for a small purchase tonight (used it earlier today and have plenty of available credit) so I've been trying to log in to my citicards account for the last few hours and I am getting an error message. I also tried calling the customer service line and I got a message saying they are doing "upgrades". Anyone else getting this? Is anyone else able to use their citicard?
