Its odd that Citi Diamond Preferred is only an occasional cash back card. Why do they not offer a base cash back percent for it. Even 1%? And then have these bonuses? It seems silly to offer a card with "sometimes" random cash back.

I haven't gotten one, but hubby got one yesterday and signed up right away.
