Citi AA Card

I applied for a Citi AA Card yesterday and no sooner did I hit submit, i got the dreadful 7-10 day message. I called to check on the app and the automated system said they couldn't locate the app. So I was transfered to a rep who said the same thing. I know when it hit submit it said Thank you  "MY NAME" .. I dont understand why the application wouldnt be in the system. I called again today and the same thing. Anyone ever have this happen to them?

I always print the page after an application.

Do you know if it hit an inq already?

What does your EQ FICO look like?

No, no inq yet. I checked this am. I print the pages as well My scores are.

EX:699 EQ:722 TU:755

Edited to say: No baddies at all <30 uti and 2 inq on EQ
