I just had my 7th statement cut and didn't realize we can do a CLI request at 6 months. I don't see anywhere online in my account page where I can request one? What am I missing?

It is in the Balance Transfers, Lines & Loans part

The luv button is not always there... It appears and disappears randomly! Last month I got the SP verbiage and after I pulled the trigger which of course was declined, the luv button disappeared and never surfaced again up till this day
