Hello.  When can I request a CLI from account opening?  Is it a soft pull?  What bureau?

If you ask one as soon as you get a the card, it will be an HP.  Could be either EQ or EX.  It clearly says when you go to request a CLI whether it's gong to be a SP or HP.
