Citi Authorized Users

I recently added my parents as my authorized users for my Citi credit card. They have received an email with the code, but found themselves unable to sign up despite entering the correct information. Could anyone who have successfully added authorized users go through the process once?

Why not just give them a call and have them add it while you're on the phone with them.

Do the receive a separate card that bears their name?
