I got the same message and I called the number they provided on the screen to check the status and was approved for simplicity card with a 1200 limit
No one is going to be able to give you a definite answer on this. Perhaps you should call and find out. That's the only way you'll know for sure. If it's a denial, try to ask for a recon. Good luck!

Well I called and was told that it was denied because of too many inquiries..??? I haven't app'd anywhere since 2010. So i guess they can still use that. Oh well...just chalking it up to maybe I don't NEED another cc anyway!

Try these numbers for a recon, the reason is bogus if you haven't had an INQ since 2010.
