Citi Brooks Brothers - no card for a month?

I got a Brooks Brothers store card from Synchrony in 2014. Citi took over the accounts in June, changed my account number, but still hasn’t mailed me the new card with the new number. Have other people gotten their BB cards from Citi?

I've already checked and there's been no fraudulent activity on the card. I last used the card in April 2015, which isn't that long ago.

I have not rec'd the new card, but the old one works fine and Citi even gave me a CLI on it, so no worries IMO.

Call them? A lot of times when cards get replaced the old one still works for a couple of months as a courtesy. I'd hate for you to show up to Brooks Brothers to try and use it only to get declined :-)
