This is the only CLD in more than 20 yrs of credit history. Never missed a single payment, other cards like BOA and Chase have recently done major CLI.  Thanks a lot for all the helpful commnents and suggessions.

As said before,the reason behind it is your use of the card. Many people carry balances on cards for years but the question is have you used the card during the time you carried balances? CCC like to see that atleast use their card. Your credit profile obviously brought more risk to them. Having the auto loan and the new CLIs are also a factor as you now have more access to more available debt. Based on your payment structure, that can determine everything. Like for example, a person making minimum payments is much more risky than a person that pays 3 times over the minimum payment. 

 

I would make it a note to seriously pay off the debt (ot atleast more of it) as soon as you can or it can continue to affect your credit portfolio.
