Citi CLI Request Through EO

Well my last increase was on 12/20/13 and my limit went from 200.00 to 5k..

I have been charging about 8500/month for the last few months and

My highest limit is 20k on penfed card..... so i asked the Citi EO for a 20k limit (15k increase...this is my oldest card btw and it has the lowest limit

We shall see what happens.... I did not give income etc...i just emailed her directly and asked for the increase....

Why did you go straight to EO and not call the 800 number on the card or use the online system? Just curious. Seems like a odd thing to go to the EO about.

I went straight to EO because 

A) I have known this EO contact for 3 years, at least through email.

B) It has not been six months since my last increase and last time I went through number on back of card supr told me I should apply for increase because 6 month rule did not matter so i did and got declined for it not being six months, thought EO would be smarter and would know if she could push through at 5 month mark, considering my heavy usage
