Citi CLI approved!

I waited 1 day after my 6th statement cut and asked for double (2k to 4k) on my citi thank you premier. I got the 30 minute message rather than a counter-offer, so I thought that I would be declined, but luckily, I was wrong. I got the 4k! I'm assuming the 30 minute message means a hard pull? I'll have to wait to get a fico alert to know for sure, but would love to know others' experiences while I wait to find out.

My experience has been if requesting CLI online, it's only a HP when you reject the system's counter offer and go for the full requested amount of the CLI. For example, you ask for a CLI of $1000 and system counter offers $500. If you accept the offer it's a sp, if u decline and go for full amount of $1000 increase then it results in HP and likely a human review/decision.

The last time we requested a CLI, we didn't get a counter offer or a CLI, but we did get a hard pull on EX.
