I got a CLI on my Forward sometime in March and transferred all but $1000 of the limit to my AAdvantage. Is Citi hard and fast with the 6 months between CLI rule or is there away I can get it increased sooner?

I only use the online function and I only ever do SP's. My experience has been hit or miss. Sometimes Citi has made me wait the full 6 months, other times they've let me ask sooner in the 4-5 month range.
