I'd say that or Simplicity.  Or even Forward Student if eligible.

I was thinking simplicity too but you dont see many approvals for that card here on the boards.

      Someone said the diamond one was the easiest too. I tried for the Simplicity a few months ago and was denied. I am not going to try again right now but am just curious as to the score level required. Citi is one of the largest banks in the world and it seems to me having a tradeline of theirs and initiating a business relationship with them would not be a bad thing.

I'd avoid Citi. They'll find any reason to deny you.
Recon takes months at best,
And their CS is horrible.... This is my opinion based on years of experience haha
