I called last night and was able to get a credit limit increase from 830 to 1500. Should I try to recon and get a larger limit. I know thats a pretty large increase (almost 50% more) so I'm not complaining. Anyone else had luck?I entered a crazy "credit limit increase" of $25K, initial CL was $10K. I just knew i would get denied, but it was approved via a SP.
I don't think that's a crazy request! and glad you posted... many get scared when asked and say $12k... no, they counter!

I do believe and I could be wrong but I think citi only offers the Visa version to all new members, and for current members you would be able to request a MC version (platinum, world or world elite)

I opened my citi card in 08', started off as platinum MC, requested the upgrade to WE MC in 2011-primarily for the free service of priceassure, I would not consider myself to be a heavy user, only use the card for online shopping via the citi bonus portal, rotating 5% categories & travel both domestic/international, of which i tend to travel 3-4x/year.....I am a recent broke grad student!

Oh cool, just opened mine this year so I am very satisfied to have this line.
And for adult content, it usually appears discreetly however everyone knows the processor names so it's not exactly a secret lol
