Citi DC 'Pre-selected' in the mail

A few days ago, I received a pre selected letter for the Citi DC, but every time I fill out the pre qualifier for Citi, no matches are ever found.

I'm tempted to apply, but I am a student and my income is low, so I'm not sure if I should go ahead with the application or not.

Has anyone been denied for the Citi DC even after receiving a pre selected offer?

I got one in the mail a few months ago, I set it aside and forgot about it.  By the time I remembered I had it, it was expired.   I checked their site and didn't have any prequals but I decided to use the code on the pre selected deal I got in the mail even though it was expired and I was approved for $1,000.

If the APR you recieved was 24% ,  not 12 -24 % , it is a real inviation.

I just got one in the mail today. 0%APR for 12 months then 20.99% after. Trying to decide if I should app for it myself or wait until my QS1 reaches a year and some of these inquiries drop.

Mine is for 0% for 15 months and then 20.99% after.

The pre selected are pretty solid offers. i got it a couple months ago. as you can see from signature no issues. even though i had 16 inquiries at the time on my Experian. This is the one and only time citi has ever pulled experian on me. mostly equifax. And they did not double pull either. 2k approval. if you got invitation number then of course you already have pre set Apr as well. it would be 90% plus chance of approval unless something has changed on your credit report. of course nothing is ever 100% guaranteed.

This is the second pre selected offer I got from Citi since I opened my Sears card. A collection popped up but is suppose to be deleted the hospital is covering 100% of the bill so I'm waiting for that to update.
