Citi DP to ChIp and Sig

FYI- got an email today asking if I'd like to convert my Citi Diamond Pref card to the Chip and Sig technology.

Follow the links and done if less than 2 mins.

Wish they were more forward looking and converting to Chip and Pin but still, it's a move in the right direction.

I wonder if I'll get one for my Citi Simplicity.

My Citi AA Plat. already has one.

I received mine last week. Not as nice looking as the chipless card.

Re: Citi DP to ChIp and Sig

I didn't even have to ask. My card came with a chip by default. It looked pretty swanky with the reflective lettering.

...

Emphasis on "looked." Past tense.

The silver coating wore right the f*** off the chip not even 10 minutes after I removed it from the envelope. Now it's all tarnished.

I Have Way Too Many of These.

Citibank - Handing Out Credit Limits Like Candy

Chase - Surprisingly, Still Tolerating My Credit-Chasing Ways

Bank of America - My Newest Bae.
