Citi has a pretty rigid system. it auto denies app no matter what your credit profile is like. one criteria is zero balance, while another is 2 inquiries in 6 month. once gets denied, It's very hard to change the decision through recon. Good for you they aprpoved you at the end. But really not sure how they conduct business with this such a rigid system.
