Had opened this card long time ago for the 18 months zero apr to use for my trip to cancun, paid it all off and stuck with thousands of useless citi easy deal points, can't use for anything because points auctions don't work, always loose at the last second, and don't feel like paying additional money for their crappy merchandise. Don't know what to do with it or make use of all the points..

could i potentially pc this card to citi hilton card?

I'm sure they will. Especially if the card you want to close is over a year old. You will have to call the EO to do it though.
