Citi Diamond Preferred app status?

Got a pre-approval for the Citi Diamond Preferred card last week. App'd for it early in the week, and got a "Need more time to process" notice. Said it would take 2-3 days and that I would be notified by e-mail with the decision. Well Friday was day #3, and I haven't heard anything back from Citi. Does anyone know of a website or phone number where you can check the status of an app?
