Just logged into the Citi site and noticed the Diamond Preferred card is being offered as a Visa. Looks like Citi is phasing out the Mastercard version.

I logged into my acct & don't see the Visa info. Maybe it's certain customers??

I just had a lengthy conversation with a woman from Citi. (the initial rep was useless...asked for manager)
I couldn't get an increase without a HP...but she dropped my rate to 11.9 til Dec. By doing that, the PC I then asked about couldn't go through. I want a cash back card. Since we did the apr drop & couldn't do the PC, she gave me a $50 statement credit & told me to call another # in December & she will call back & we can do a PC.
That made me very happy today! I'm not overly impressed with the way the rewards work on the Diamond card. They only give you "x" amount off on a list of vendors. You buy something & get a little bit off.
Not my Cuppa...so I'm swapping to the cash returns card. When you hit $50, the automatically cut & mail a check to you!
