Citi Dividend Platinum Select 'membership fee'?

Anyone else with this card have a mysterious 'membership fee' of $0.00 show up on their current statement?

Not with Dividends, but it did show up my my Thank You card.

I saw something like that on my Dividend World Elite statement as well. $0.00.

I'm not sure why but Citi seems to have the system put a fee for every card, even if there is none. US Bank also has the same thing for all of their cards in my experience.
