Well I just called Citi to check on my app status and was told they have sent me out a form to fill out, It sounded like they were unable to verify some info on my credit report, I asked what the form was, and was told it was to verify income, my tax return, my home address, SS# and my signature, or something along those lines.
What does this mean and why all the hassle??? I've never gone thru all this when apping for a CC before.
