Citi automatically upgraded me to the World Mastercard. I then called and had them upgrade me to the World Elite.

How did they do that? Do you know why? What income/scores and how long ago?

Did you get upgraded when you got the card? Or did they tell you that you are getting upgraded?

On July 1st, I requested my Citi Diamond Preferred be PC'd/upgraded to the Dividend World MasterCard. (I've had the Diamond since April 2012) I finally received the Dividend last week. I plan to eventually PC to the WE version.

How long did you have the Diamond Preferred for? Did you put a lot on the card?

I think you need at least $5K and a year of account history for the upgrade.
